eKultúra je sprievodca výstavou pre váš vlastný telefón. Prevedie vás výstavou, prehrá rozprávanie ku každej zastávke vo vašom jazyku a ponúkne kvízové úlohy, aktivity a mapu.
Aplikácia nepotrebuje konto ani registráciu. Nič o vás nezbiera. Podrobnosti nájdete v zásadách ochrany osobných údajov.
Skontrolujte, či telefón nie je stlmený a či je hlasitosť zapnutá. Na iPhone stlmí rozprávanie aj bočný prepínač vyzváňania. Ak rozprávanie v danom jazyku ešte nie je nahraté, prehrávač sa pri zastávke nezobrazí; skúste iný jazyk alebo si text prečítajte.
Sprievodca si obsah výstavy sťahuje z internetu pri prvom otvorení. Ak sťahovanie zlyhá, skúste sa pripojiť na inú sieť a otvoriť výstavu znova. V budove môže byť slabý signál, preto je najlepšie stiahnuť si obsah ešte pred príchodom.
QR kódy sú iba skratka. Každú zastávku otvoríte aj zo zoznamu miestností alebo z mapy výstavy, takže kameru nemusíte povoliť vôbec. Ak ju povoliť chcete, nájdete prepínač v nastaveniach telefónu pri aplikácii eKultúra.
Jazyk si vyberiete priamo v aplikácii. Obsah výstavy Ahoj! Dunaj je dostupný v slovenčine, angličtine, nemčine, maďarčine a ukrajinčine. Tam, kde preklad zatiaľ chýba, sa zobrazí slovenský text.
Aplikácia rešpektuje veľkosť písma nastavenú v telefóne aj žiadosť o obmedzenie animácií. Ovládacie prvky sú popísané pre čítačky obrazovky VoiceOver a TalkBack. Ak na niečo nedosiahnete alebo vám niečo čítačka neprečíta, napíšte nám a opravíme to.
Všetko, čo v aplikácii vznikne, zostáva iba vo vašom telefóne. V záložke Profil nájdete možnosť Vymazať moje údaje, ktorá zmaže postup, odznaky aj stiahnutý obsah. Odinštalovanie aplikácie má rovnaký účinok.
Ak nájdete chybu v obsahu alebo niečo nefunguje, napíšte nám na info@altumx.sk. Pomôže, keď uvediete názov zastávky, jazyk, model telefónu a čo ste robili predtým, než sa chyba objavila.
Obsah výstavy Ahoj! Dunaj pochádza od BIBIANY, medzinárodného domu umenia pre deti. Otázky k samotnej výstave, otváracím hodinám alebo vstupenkám patria BIBIANE.

eKultúra is an exhibition guide for your own phone. It walks you through the exhibition, plays the narration for each stop in your language, and offers quiz tasks, activities and a map.
The app needs no account and no registration, and it collects nothing about you. The details are in the privacy policy.
Check that the phone is not muted and that the volume is up. On an iPhone the side ring switch also silences narration. If the narration for that language has not been recorded yet, the player does not appear on the stop; try another language or read the text instead.
The guide downloads the exhibition content the first time you open it. If the download fails, try a different network and open the exhibition again. Signal inside the building can be weak, so downloading before you arrive is the safest option.
QR codes are only a shortcut. Every stop is also reachable from the room list or the exhibition map, so you never have to grant camera access at all. If you do want to, the switch is in your phone's settings under eKultúra.
You choose the language inside the app. The Ahoj! Dunaj exhibition is available in Slovak, English, German, Hungarian and Ukrainian. Where a translation is not finished, the Slovak text is shown.
The app respects the text size set on your phone and your request for reduced motion. Controls are labelled for the VoiceOver and TalkBack screen readers. If something is out of reach or your screen reader does not announce it, write to us and we will fix it.
Everything the app creates stays on your phone. The Profile tab has a Delete my data option that clears your progress, stamps and downloaded content. Uninstalling the app has the same effect.
If you find a mistake in the content or something does not work, write to info@altumx.sk. It helps if you name the stop, the language, your phone model and what you were doing when it happened.
The Ahoj! Dunaj content comes from BIBIANA, the International House of Art for Children. Questions about the exhibition itself, its opening hours or tickets belong to BIBIANA.
